We specialize in Contract Management, Commercial Management, Claims Management & Administration, and Dispute Resolution for the construction and engineering industries, and are based in Thailand.

Peter Carlisle is the owner and managing director of QSC Ltd, and is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of commercial and contractual management experience gained with international building and civil engineering contractors, consultant practices and project owners in the United Kingdom, Australia and Asia. He has been working in Thailand since 1991.
